what we collect

• when you email us: your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
• when you book a call (via cal.com): your name, email and the time you pick.
• analytics: anonymous usage data (pages, device, rough location) via google analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies. ip is anonymised.

we don't collect anything you don't give us, and we never sell your data.

why (legal basis)

• to answer your message or run your booking — based on your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
• to understand and improve the site (analytics) — based on your consent.

who processes it

we don't sell or share your data for advertising. we only use trusted providers (processors) to run the studio:

• google (workspace email + analytics) — email and anonymous stats
• cal.com — call bookings
• cloudflare — cdn, security and dns
• hetzner — hosting (germany, eu)

some providers (google, cloudflare) may process data outside the eu; when they do, it is covered by the appropriate safeguards (eu standard contractual clauses / adequacy frameworks).

how long we keep it

only as long as needed: messages and bookings for as long as our conversation/project is live (and what the law requires afterwards); analytics for the period set in google analytics.

your rights

you can ask us to:

• access, correct or delete your data
• object to or restrict how we use it
• get a copy to take elsewhere (portability)
• withdraw your consent at any time

just write to [email protected]. if you think we got something wrong, you can also complain to the spanish data protection agency (aepd.es).
